Our Ashdown Forest Honey

Our bees forage freely across the ancient woodland, heathland and hedgerows of Ashdown Forest, gathering nectar from the wildflowers that bloom throughout the seasons.

Produced in small batches by just 12 colonies, our honey is raw, unpasteurised and minimally filtered using gravity. We never blend different harvests, allowing each batch to retain the distinctive character, colour, aroma and flavour of the season.

Every jar is extracted, prepared and bottled by us within sight of the hives.
