Ashdown Forest Wildflower Honey
Produced by bees foraging across the ancient woodland, heathland and hedgerows of Ashdown Forest, our award-winning Wildflower Honey is raw, unpasteurised and only minimally filtered to retain its natural character.
Each harvest is made in small batches from just 12 colonies and is never blended, allowing every jar to reflect the flowers in bloom that season. Carefully harvested, extracted and bottled by us within sight of the hives.
Awarded 2 Stars at the 2026 Great Taste Awards for its distinctive flavour and sense of place.
Available in 2 jar sizes;
Small 227g (8oz)
