Products

All honey is produced in small seasonal batches at our apiary in Ashdown Forest. As this is a natural product, variations in colour, flavour and texture will occur. Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.

Ordering

Orders are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not acceptance of your order until payment is received in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe and Square. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Collection

We offer Click & Collect only. Orders must be collected in person from Ashdown Forest Honey HQ. You will receive details of collection arrangements after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return unopened goods within 14 days of collection for a full refund.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• To request a return, contact us at hello@ashdownforesthoney.com.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• We cannot accept returns of opened jars for health and safety reasons.

Liability

Honey is a natural product and may not be suitable for infants under 12 months or individuals with allergies. Ashdown Forest Honey cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Stripe and Square (payment processing)
  Mailer Lite (customer email marketing list)

• Hostinger (website hosting and store platform)

  We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep order records for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Other communications are kept as long as necessary to handle enquiries.
