This thick, luxurious honey is made for spreading.
It's created using our pure & raw wildflower runny honey, which is carefully stirred and matured until it transforms into a smooth spreadable honey with a rich, silky texture.
Each jar tells a story, capturing the seasonal flavours of the wildflowers that bloom across Ashdown Forest.
Produced by bees foraging across the ancient woodland, heathland and hedgerows of Ashdown Forest, our Wildflower Honey is raw, unpasteurised and only minimally filtered to retain its natural character.
Each harvest is made in small batches from just 12 colonies and is never blended, allowing every jar to reflect the flowers in bloom that season. Carefully harvested, extracted and bottled by us within sight of the hives.
