Award Winning Wildflower Honey
Our Wildflower Honey is sustainably produced by bees that forage freely across the ancient woodland, heathland and hedgerows of Ashdown Forest, creating a honey that changes subtly with the flowers of each season.
Made in small batches from just 12 colonies, every harvest is unique. We never blend different batches, allowing each jar to express the character, colour and flavour of the landscape at that moment in time.
Raw, unpasteurised and only minimally filtered using gravity, our honey retains its natural character while remaining beautifully clear and runny.
Every jar is harvested, extracted and bottled by us within sight of the hives.
Our Wildflower Honey has been awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards, where judges praised its floral aroma, complex flavour and “distinctive sense of place.”
